The Happy Tooth’s Superhero Week Sausage Sizzle

Here at The Happy Tooth we are proud active members of the community and always jump at the chance to support charities and community groups within the area.

The Happy Tooth Cessnock held a a sausage sizzle for Superhero Week to raise funds for Bear Cottage who provide support, respite and end-of-life care for children with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

The Happy Tooth strongly supports Bear Cottage and the incredible services they provide to families and children. Not every child is lucky enough to be born healthy so having a facility like Bear Cottage is a cause they are passionate to support. 

Dr Alexys Ward says participating in charity work as a business is about creating awareness for issues that they feel strongly about and being able to get the local community involved in the support of these causes. It is also about building stronger relationships with other businesses such as Old Mates Bakery and Barry’s Quality Meats who generously donated for the initiative.

“Undertaking a Sausage Sizzle seemed like something different we could do to raise money for such a wonderful cause”.
